Sam put on some former baggy training clothes that now are stretched over his hard muscle body. He also put on some hoody that is still a bit baggy. He picks up his training bag and runs down the stairs... "Mom, I am out to the school gym with my friends!" "Sure thing honey ", Mom answer. He slams the door even thought He didn't mean to. Woops, I need to be more careful with this new body. He jumps on his mountainbike and begins peddling... faster and faster untill he passes cars that are driving 50km/h. He arrives at school in moments, braking and sliding like he does every day, but now his tires smoke ... hahahaha this body is awesome!!! Sam enters the gym and takes his gym bag along with him to every exercise. He starts out with the benchpress, Sam adds the weights to the bar that is his best lift 15kg on both sides. He can bench this weight one time before, but he is curious how many time the could do it now with his new body. As he lifts the bar, he looks surprised again at the bar... did somebody remove the weights... it feels so light... even to light for warm-ups. He almost throws the bar up into the air... so light it feels. He racks it again after 20 reps. He adds 20kg on both ends of the bar making it a total of 70kg and the bar, but the reps are just pushed out as easy. "This is going to be fun!!" He things. He adds 2 more 20kgs weights on either side. A total of 150 kg on the bar that probably weights 20kg itself. And he pushes out 10 reps. His chest begins to feel the weight like its a warm-up.
