Jake continues running and goes even faster!

He was running so fast now that he couldn't see his surroundings. He quickly stopped running. He realised that he was in a bog. He looked to the right. There were horses ready to charge. He looked to the left. There were men with very long spears. He seemed to have ended up right in the middle of the battle of Stirling Bannockburn. He quickly calculated that if when he was running forwards, he went back in time then perhaps if he ran backwards, he would go forward. He quickly tested his theory by running backwards as fast as he could. He quickly tried to see his surroundings as he ran backwards. When it looked like the present day, he stopped.
