"I'm altering the memory so that they remember the awards ceremony, but they don't remember the incident" "I didn't ask your name" you say. "Carrie" she says "What's yours" "John" you say "Lets go in" As you went in, anyone they passed fell down, sleeping. "I can see why that's useful" you say "Reading minds can't be bad either, all I can do is make my clothes dissapear" "That can't be all you can do, maybe you can shape-shift" said Carrie "Try and shape-shift again" You concentrate, and somehow turn into a perfect duplicate of Carrie. Even your clothes changed. It felt weird being a girl. "O.K, did you also get my powers when you changed into me" she asked. "I dunno, think something" you say. You concentrated on reading Carrie's mind. You realised that she was daydreaming about you and her in superhero costumes, fighting against some men with guns. You repeated to Carrie what you saw. "I saw that too" she said "I don't think it was a daydream either" "What do you think it was then?" you ask. "I think" she said slowly "It was a vision from the future" You quickly shifted back to yourself. "You didn't tell me you could do that" you said. "Neither did I" she said "It started to happen just after I met you today in the park"
