Jack had researched Maria for several weeks prior to the transfer and thought he was prepared. As far as details about her past and such he was, but the reality of being another person he wasn't. There would of course be gaps in the new Maria's knowledge, but this was accounted for. The story for this is that she had a bad reaction to the anesthesia. This was also being used to explain the abnormally long time it took for the surgery. The briefing is quick nearly everything was planned before. Maria is dressed and placed in a wheelchair. The husband was already talked to and given the cover story before Maria is wheeled out. "Oh my darling, are you ok", says an overweight middle aged bordering on older man rushing up grasping her hand. From the research Maria knows this is her husband. "Yes", Maria states groggily. Maria is wheeled out and put into a limo. She rests for the ride. Partial, this is for the anesthesia cover story and partially the transfer was psychologically pretty traumatic. While resting Maria goes over the mission in her mind. Some time later they arrive at a large home with guards outside.
