He hopped in and continued to feel better.
Shippou wasn't sure why but the water made him feel healthier and stronger.
He swam around a bit, soaked a bit, and cleaned off.
He then got an idea.
"This water feels great. I wonder what would happen if I drank it"
With that he cupped his hands and took a sip.
"Oh wow it tastes amazing"
Shippou then ducked his head in and drank as much as he could.
Sometime later he finally finished his bath.
Taking one last handful to drink he exited the water.
Despite his tiny size and earlier troubles he felt great.
He returned to his friends.
"There you are Shippou we were getting worried" said Kagome.
"Yea you little twerp" added InuYasha.
"InuYasha" warned Kagome.
Later when everyone was asleep Shippou's body pulsated with a demon aura.
His body swelled 3 inches in size.
Next morning Shippou woke first feeling off but he couldn't put his finger on it.
He went to go for a walk when he felt strange.
His body pulsated again.
He was shocked when he swelled up 4 inches in size and height.
"Oh my gosh I grew" the fox boy was so excited.
"But how? Wait could it be the springs? I gotta go back"
Shippou rushed off quickly and quietly as he could.
He soon got to the spring and drank as much as he could like yesterday.
"I gotta get as big and strong as InuYasha"
Just then said demon approached.
He picked up the young fox.
"Ha as if a runt as small and weak as you could ever compare to me. Keep on dreaming weakling"
He then tossed Shippou into the spring.
"Hn you're hopelessly pathetic"
with that he took off.
