You were surprised at what you were seeing, sitting upon the throne was a gigantic grey mouse, tail, big round ears and all. She was wearing a sky blue dress that fell down to her paws and she smiled at you as you walked up. She was a very shapely mouse you could tell that much as there were 2 good sized orbs poking out of the dress and it was very....form fitting. She was slim so she seemed to get a lot of exercise, for a mouse she had very long legs and her face ended in actually a quite cute pink nose and set of whiskers. She bends down to examine you and you backed up for a second, her hand shot forward and lifted you up to her face, "so who and what are you?" she asks.
"Alex....ma'am and I'm a human" you say. The mouse thinks for a second "humans never heard of em, anyways I'm May welcome to my kingdom of Anthroia" she says smiling.
"Thank you, can you uh put me down" you say as she was holding you up by the legs.
"Oh my yes" she says putting you down in a palm she lowers her face and starts to examine you. "Hmm your pretty scrawny, not really meant for fieldwork are ya" she says.
"No, I'm more an...intellectual" you reply. She nods "well good then you should be fun for a game or 2" she says. She lowers her hand and puts you down on the floor and that's when you realize that the giant hall was silent except for the sound of breathing and the guards who had stood watch and the ones who had brought you here had disappeared. May lowers herself into an almost crouching position "alright Alex here's what we're going to do, we're going to play a little game called cat and mouse, and guess who's the cat" May says smiling. "You have 10 seconds so I suggest you get running" she says. You take her advice and bolt in the other direction back down the hall you had come from "here I come" May shouts after a few seconds and you turned for a second to see her start walking after you. Just as you turn a corner you see her drop down onto all 4s and start running. You were suddenly grabbed and pulled into a doorway, 3 pairs of hands covered your mouth as you heard the titanic mouse race right past the doorway. Finally after a minute the hands were removed and you were able to turn around. You were staring at 3 mice, all of them about 5ft 10, and they all looked like duplicates of May even the dress, the only difference was fur color, one was brown, one was white, and one was jet black which surprised you a bit.
"Geez I can't believe this first visitor we have in ages and she wants to "play" with him" the black mouse says obviously perturbed.
"It could have been worse, I mean she could have wanted to play something else" the brown mouse remarks.
The white mouse walks forward and looks at you eye to eye "are you alright?" she asks.
"Yeah...I'm fine" you say.
She nods "that's good, oh by the way I'm Cathy, and these are my sisters Tina and Diane" she says indicating the black and brown mouse in turn. "You already met our elder sister" she says with a hint of scorn in her voice.
"Your related to that giant mouse!?" you say stunned.
"Yes, the first born always becomes that big, although she only beat me by 2 seconds" Cathy says. Suddenly you hear a tearing sound and a large chunk of the wall including the door was ripped out behind you and you slowly turn to see May the mouse staring down at you, "found you mousey" she says smiling.
"H,o,l,y.....shit what the hell she wrecks her own castle?" you say. The 3 mice sisters nod, "May quit it, you won, do you have any idea how much work the construction crews are going to have putting that wall back together" Tina says walking up and challenging the large mouse.
"Blehhh your not the boss of me besides I win, now I get to decide what happens to him" May says reaching for you when suddenly the 3 mice stand in her way.
"Oh no you don't May, we're sick and tired of this, as you know under law no anthro can touch another's husband so we claim him as ours" they say.
"What?" you shout but they just ignore you.
May laughs "fine if that's how you 3 want to prove that you have some power around here even though I'm the first born that's fine. However you also know under law I can challenge you for your husband" she says.
"Yes but you have to put up something of equal value for if you lose" Cathy says.
May nods" that's true, so I'll wager my crown against him, do you accept the challenge?" May asks. The 3 mice sisters nod, "good then the competition will be held one week from today, I'll see you there" May puts the piece of wall down and calls "clean up" before heading back towards the throne room. Out of a side corridor run a bunch of male furs most of them large horses who grab the piece of wall and hoist it back into place, it's held there and mortared back into place. They nod at the what you assume are princesses and just stand there holding the wall in place till It dries. Your pulled away by the 3 mice and Cathy sighs "I'm sorry my sister has caused you such trouble" she says.
"It's uh...okay" you say really not sure what else to say. "So what was that whole exchange?" you ask.
"Under Anthroia law not even the queen and touch the husband of another anthro without their say so, if we hadn't intervened well May has never seriously hurt someone but you may have been....scarred" Diane says. You nod "well then......thank you" you say. Tina sidles up next to you and hugs your arm "although that's not the only reason, you are pretty cute" she says. Suddenly the 3 girls were walking very close, "you know she's right, you pretty cute for a...what are you?" Diane asks.
"Human" you reply.
"Yeah your pretty cute for one of those" Cathy says. They lead you down the hall into a room about 3 times the size of any other you had seen so far except the throne room, in it were 3 identical king size beds as well as 3 dressers although there was only 1 bathroom that branched off the room. You stared at the three of them and Cathy smiled "this is our bedroom" she says walking forward.
"That's very nice, so why did you bring me here?" you ask.
"To make sure that May doesn't try anything we need you to stay here, one of us will stay with you at all times to make sure that nothing happens to you" Cathy says.
"Alright, no offense but what should it matter what happens to me, I mean you don't even know me" you say.
"So, as soon as you stepped on our island you became a citizen of Anthroia, and as it's royal family we have a duty to protect everyone who lives here" Tina says, "also we wouldn't mind getting to know you" Tina says getting closer to you. You nervously giggled when Diane pulls you back "I'm sorry about my sister's actions it's just that May has a....controlling hand on the male population, it's not very often a guy becomes available that she hasn't already tried to sink her teeth into or just doesn't like" Diane says. "Ok that's quite not really good" you say. The three sisters nod "don't worry, we won't let May get you, and then you'll be ours to love" Tina says as if it's fact.  indicates the next chapter needs to be written. |
