“I suppose I should find those two,” Lynn sighed as she looked at the rushing crowds of moemon walking in front of her. For a moment the Bayleef Moemon hesitated since there so many people walking in front of her, Lynn thought that she would just get pushed to the side.
Then again, the more time she spent just standing there thinking, the better chance that both of her friends would be getting more lost in the crowds. Lynn had to do something and…
“Excuse me, miss?”
Lynn blinked a few times when she turned to the side, seeing that someone was standing right next to her, a young man with spiked back, lime colored hair that displayed his sharp face. The young man didn’t seem too much younger than Lynn herself (maybe a year or two) and was quite sleek. He was dressed in a tan shirt, a dark green vest, matching pants and seemed to have a white scarf draped around his neck. What seemed to catch Lynn’s eyes were the weird arm bands he had on that looked to have dull blades attached to them, and he was carrying a pile of large fliers in his hands.
Lynn smiled at the young man, “Yes? Can I help you?”
“Ya better believe ya can!” the young man chuckled with a toothy grin as he held up one of the fliers. “The name’s Eiji and I’m part of one of the events here at the festival, so I’m advertising one of the events here at the Lighthouse Festival. Check us out if ya got the time, miss!”
A little curious, Lynn gracefully took one of the fliers from Eiji’s hands and read the paper in her head, ‘Foods of the World – All you can eat during the Lighthouse Festival. Location – House of Kamakiri.’
“We’re trying out a new menu at the restaurant,” Eiji explained rubbing the bridge of his nose. “And we want the customers to choose what foods we’ll be serving.”
“My, it sounds… Interesting,” Lynn answered back. “But I really should find my friends soon and…”
“They could be there, miss,” Eiji replied with a wag of his finger. “After all, this is a popular event here in town, and it’s a cheap meal for everyone to enjoy! Who wouldn’t pass it up? I’m sure if ya go there, ya’ll be able to find yer friends in a snap!”
“Well, thanks,” Lynn answered before Eiji jumped into the crowd of people, tossing more of his fliers into the air. “Foods of the world? I don’t know…”
