Still being the human belly(safe)

Maria opens her eyes to a fleshy wall of red, she is still inside of the girls human belly because she is in a ball. Maria body feels alittle bit better "odd she thinks. Maria moves to try and get comfy, which is hard, that movement tells the girl you are a wake.
"You are a wake finally" said the girl, who stops swimming and facing up right, "I am not died yet" says Maria, who is a little bit confused.
"No, I didn't eat you to kill you, I ate you to save you" said the girl, Maria still confused " our human stomachs can act like wombs and nurture things in them, so that is what I am doing saving you" said the girl.
"Why" Maria said, "it is true I have eaten a lot of your kind, but I couldn't watch you suffer. Never seen anybody in that bad of shape" said the girl "oh yay my name is Serina", then she continued on and Maria passed out again.
