"That has not changed. As I said, Emma now perceives me as being your girlfriend, and therefore takes minimal notice of my appearance."
"You mean she thinks you're Stacey?"
"In essence, yes. Every time Emma sees or hears me, she will think I am Stacey. Therefore she will not ask any further unnecessary questions - or refer to me as your 'little friend' any more."
