An itch all along your back

"GAH!" You reach behind your shoulders trying to reach that one spot you can never get. You don't know how it started but you're sure Roxxane's potion is at fault.
"What's wrong?"
"It is NOT a tingle! And it is NOT my scalp!" You are starting to having trouble breathing. Looking down you see that your shirt has been pulled tight against your chest and you hear the sharp rip of a seam failing. Reaching behind, you feel a large bump growing out of your back. "What was in that stuff?"
Roxxane grabs a book off of the counter and leafs through it, looking for the recipe she used. She looks up. "Oops."
With a mighty tear, the bump rips through your shirt taking your bra with it. You stand there topless, chest heaving, relieved that the itch has stopped. Roxxane has her hand over her mouth mortified at what she did,"I'm so sorry."
Hesitantly, you look over your shoulders to see what grew out of your back.
