Aaron stood in front of the toilet, ready to relieve himself. He was a guy after all. As he attempted to reach under his waistband of his gym shorts, he was flummoxed. For some reason, he was wearing a belt. Why on earth was he wearing a belt with gym shorts? What sort of gym shorts would even have belt loops? Some sort of cheap knockoff, Aaron justified to himself. The black dye was even starting to fade, making the shorts look more gray.
After emptying his bladder, Aaron grabbed a square of toilet paper and gently dabbed away the last few drops. For some reason, it seemed more appropriate than the standard shake and jiggle. After all, with his new longer fingernails he needed to handle himself more delicately. It was difficult enough simply using the toilet; his genitalia seemed rather small and withered for a 20 year-old guy. He could only hold his member by gently pinching it between his thumb and index finger.
Aaron pulled up his boxer shorts, noticing the normal poly-cotton blend felt softer and silkier. Almost like nylon. They felt snug, too. Aaron pulled his underwear up, higher than they had been, up over his hips, nearly to his navel. He hiked his shorts up as well, and refastened the belt. He cinched it tight, as his waist was becoming slimmer. Before fastening the buckle, he paused, considered his appearance, and tucked in his shirt. It wasn't something Aaron normally did. Even at the most formal events, his parents had to nag him to tuck in his shirt. Now he was doing so electively. And even though it seemed like a silly thing to do so with gym shorts, he did so. It just seemed appropriate.
Aaron washed his hands and rolled up sleeves. He never bothered to roll them back down; the sleeves retracted to a 3/4 length, resting on his forearm. As he scubbed, he made certain not to get his watch wet. While once it was waterproof up to ten feet, that was no longer the case. The white plastic watchband was now completely gold. After all, he was 21 years old. He deserved some nice things.
