Her dad doesn't care, once sold it's no...

"Dad!" Randy called, and Cathy groaned, unwilling to suffer another embarrassing punishment, "Cathy destroyed your declother!"

Her dad looked at Cathy and just shrugged, "Ain't my fault if my clients can't keep my stuff safe. "Of course without Cathy, I'd hardly have the circulation I do now." Todd wasn't really sure why his daughter was a superhero, but it allowed his inventions to be in constant cycle in the villain community, she'd break one, the villain buys a new one, repeat ad infinitum. It was a brilliant business model since nobody knew that Crimson Streak/ Cathy was his daughter.

Trying not to look too smug in front of her brother, Cathy sauntered into the kitchen and grabbed a snack, flicking her mane of red hair out of her face as she listening to her dad and brother make another plan to free mom from SuperMax pen in the living room. Again.

Cathy wasn't really sure why the two tried so hard to break her out, mom seemed to enjoy prison life more than living out in the world, of course her mom was Lieutenant Insano, so make of that what you will. Turning on the kitchen tv, she saw a news report involving Eyeclops and Tongue-tied taking a cheerleader team hostage across town.

Running down to her room, she changed into her red and silver super suit and took off at full flight, intent on keeping away from her family for a while.
