Think Livewire, a energy-based villainess who controls Technology through electricity. But this OC doesn't have any desire for revenge or world domination. They just wanted an ordinary life. But one day, they discovered that they could command machines to do whatever they wanted.
Refrigerators could expel air so cold, it was a freeze beam, toasters could become heat beams, extension cords could become nigh-unbreakable ropes, TVs could hypnotize people, and so on. However, they could only do so if the machines were powered, either by being plugged in, had batteries, solar powered, or Etc.
However, Harley discovered the OC, their powers, and their secret desires. Now she plans on using her body and her feet to break them into her servant.

or have the mother of all pranking sessions with someone who can command anything mechanical with a thought.
