Is it the Batman: The Animated Series one? She's friends with Poison Ivy. Heck, In the episode when they first teamed up, Ivy gave Harley a serum that made Harley immune to a lot of poisons. One thing that some people kinda noted is that Harley was using heavy hammers a lot more after words. Perhaps Ivy's serum activated a metahuman gene in Harley?
