He Eats A Pill, Not Knowing What It Does

Dash a young wants to get faster but does not know how. So what he decides to do is to try and work out. Dash eventually gives up and goes to his friends dad who is a scientist. He sneaks in to the lab and finds a pill thinking that this might make him faster. He decides to take the pill because on it it says faster. But dash wonders if it actually works but tries it anyway. Dash goes outside and tries it out.

It works and he races home to tell his parents. On his way he starts to slow down. He thinks it must be just wearing off but then he becomes so slow that he is running at a normal speed. When he gets home he realizes he does not have his powers and gets worried.

He decides to go back to the lab so he can get his speed back. He finds another pill on the counter and swallows it. Bad news though it did not work which means dash has officially lost his powers. He arrives home to see his dad.

"Hey dash" said bob

"Hey dad" said dash

"Have you gotten any faster" asked bob and dash looks down and shakes his head "well what is wrong"

"I lost my powers from trying to get faster" said dash

"I am sure it is just a phase" replied bob

Dash then heads to the cupboard to get a snack. His dad then scheduled dash with an expert on super powers. Dash then heads off to bed with a weird feeling. He feels heavier.
