On a table strapped down

Sonic realized he was strapped on a metal table with his arms and legs strapped down and can only move his head. As he moved his head he noticed that his gloves and shoes have been taken off leaving him bare handed and barefoot. Sonic did his best to free himself but the straps are too strong. He tried for a couple more minutes but to no avail. Then Sonic saw something that could be a big problem.
