Even though Gandalf left with out any really guidance or advice, Uglúk felt confident in his mission. It was as if just talking to the old wizard somehow transformed him into a new orc. But as he walked through the forest of treeish ents he saw all the suffering his people had gone through and it angered him, not at the humans because they were warriors like him who were just doing their duty to their people, but at Saruman the white lier. It was he who sent them on this meaningless task and it was he who filled their heads with lies of glory and bravery through battle, and he will pay for his crimes. Then as Uglúk left the forest he saw...
