Tails showed Rouge a rather large ray and he started to stumble as he picked it up trying to balance himself. "What is that thing?"
"It's a cloning ray, I invented it to help me with my inventions. It's a really complicated procedure and this was as small as I could make the device... But I have no idea what the side effects are going to be so..."
"Uh I don't know Tails..." Rouge was starting to have second thoughts. But before she could back out of the experiment Tails fired the device hitting Rouge in her lower belly. She felt as though she was being ripped apart molecule by molecule. When it had finally stopped Rouge had fallen to her knees and there was an exact duplicate of herself next to her.
Tails had quickly ran over to the original Rouge and helped her up. "Are you okay?"
"Your device is too painful!!" she snapped.
"Well at least it worked. And this clone should only last half a day at best so you don't have to worry about feeding her or anything."
But as the clone heard this a mischevious smile started to spread across her face. If she was a clone then that means she could pretty much do whatever she wanted and the REAL Rouge would get all the blame. This could be fun but she wondered what she should do first?
