There seems to be a machine called the Robotcizer that can make any living thing into a Robot/Robian. Rouge could use a Robotic slave and may have more uses for it...

Then there is this strange machine that can make can make anyone pregnant. It might work on Tails and make him feel the pain of caring a child and giving birth to one. There is so many DNA samples to choose from...

But there are more inventions Rouge can choose...
