An email at the top of your mailbox, though you don't remember applying to it:

Thank you for your application, our store is always looking for additional talent. While we are discrete business, we like to think we are one big family at our store. At which employees feel the same warmth they felt as a young child at home.
If you are interested, drop by tomorrow to interview anytime between 9am and 12-noon. We hope to meet you soon.
Padded Industries
Again, you rack your brain, no recollection of applying to this "Padded Industries". You spend the rest of the day between computer games and some other jobs. By the next morning at 7am, they are still the only response you have received. Deciding you may as well go to interview, even if they offer you the job, you can decline, tell your parents you didn't get it. You eat a quick breakfast and inform your parents you got an interview that morning with a retail shop. Excited they wish you well as you head out the door to hop on the bus.
It takes around 15 minutes, door-to-door, to arrive at the building. It is not in a regular retail location; it appears mixed use of retail on semi-industrial. Padded Industries sign is above the door, the other main door says Blue Moon Textiles. Walking into the Padded Industries door, it is a bright, smallish shop space. The store though is obviously different, there is a baby theme and large diapers line the shelves. Various colours, mostly in packs of 12. As well there are onesies hanging from racks, covered in playful prints. Some with Unicorns, Fish, or baby animals. There is also a collection of changing supplies. Baby Powder, Desitin, Baby Lotion, Vaseline Petroleum Jelly, Wipes and More. There are quite a few other items, lining the walls. Otherwise the decorations are fairly medical in nature. Behind the check-out counter is an attractive 40-something brunette woman. She is wearing a blouse with a deep V-cut showing off her chest. Wearing simple makeup she smiles at you, "Hello, welcome in, anything I can help you with? Anything you need assistance finding?"
"I received an email about a job, I'm Daniel," you put your hand out to shake hers.
"OH DANIEL, so glad you came in. I'm the assistant manager, Ms Thompson, I oversee the store. But the overall manager, Mrs Katherine will be running the interview since I need to keep an eye on the store. Hence why we need the help. I'll give her a quick call". She says picking up a desk phone. "Yes, Daniel is here. Wonderful, I'll send him through," she hangs up the phone, "head through the door behind this desk, she will meet you".
You head through, into a short hallway. Partially down it a woman rounds a corner and sticks out her hand, "Hiii, you must be Daniel, I'm Cindy, aka Mrs Katherine". She's similar age to Ms Thompson, blonde hair instead, slightly taller, well endowed as well (though she wears a tight sweater). "I'm so glad you came in today, we need some younger staff," she guides you into a side room with a meeting table. Padded Industries is inscribed in the wall. You take a seat across from her.
"So Daniel, about this role. It is of course a retail role, helping man the shop, restock, some online sales. Our building here is a retail store, but most of our sales are online since we manufacture many of our own products. From here we ship out orders. Our products are of course adult incontinence items, but primarily targeted toward AB/DLs. I assume you are familiar..." she trails off.
"No, I'm not familiar, A B... what?"
"AB/DL? I'm surprised you aren't familiar, almost all applicants are... but it would be even better if you aren't. AB/DL is Adult Baby, Diaper Lover. Our main clients are those who need to or choose to wear adult diapers but often want to. They enjoy wearing them and hence the baby designs." She pauses seeing your shock, "Our diapers are quite comfortable, high quality product. They work for their intended purpose, but some people wear them for other health benefits, sometimes mental health ones."
"Do, do, do your wear them?" you shyly ask.
Mrs Katherine grins, reaching across the table and touching your hand. "I can see your interest, I think you could be a good fit here. But I understand if you are uneasy. If you want more information, may I suggest something a bit more hands-on?"
