My mother's tunic is beginning to rip, and I look at my sister. Her tunic is also tearing. I'm in a panic and I try to find the stone but it's nowhere to be seen . My mother is in a spell, she is using the small weights as if she were training for a competition at a tremendous speed, and looks tired, looks as she is ready to drop and I'm about to go to her aid, to my dismay I find my feet magnetised to the ground.

John the instructor can't see any difference in the way we are all training, and he can only see three females doing a light exercise. I throw my weights to the floor and begin to slow down, my feet move slightly my sister is free before me and reaches my mother first. She reaches into her pocket to retrieve the stone, and as soon as she does this we return to our normal size.

My mother has no knowledge of the incident. We look at each other and give a little titter, and in the end we manage to dress and about to leave the gym , when my mother strays towards the exercise bench and picks up the stone and admires the colour. 'I wonder what you do with this? I shouted
'No mum not again..'
