Genie decides to increase her weight in the heels!

"You are in a bit of pain but not enough for my liking mortal. Let's see how you handle an extra 100 pounds!"

You look nervously at the genie. Surely she wasn't going to... oh god she was! Her weight (but not her appearance) ballooned by one hundred pounds! Her heels sank in deeper into your flesh and you gave out a fresh cry of pain.

"Awww what is the matter 'master'?" She mocked cruelly.

You could only give an agonized cry of pain in response.

"This is what you wished for isn't it?"

Her delightful laughter caused her body to move which further ground her heels into your soft flesh. It hurt so bad! Tears glistened at your eyes as the genie giggled at your agony. She marched back down toward your belly and those stilettos sagged into your gut and threatened to pierce your skin and muscle.

"Please..." You gasp in agony.

"Please more weight? Why certainty!"

Your eyes bugged out as another hundred pounds was added and the skin one your belly was punctured and bits of red blood could be seen pooling around those heels. You give a gut wrenching scream that only causes amusement to flash through the eyes of the genie.

You prayed she would tire of this game but sadly for you she was enjoying it far too much.
