"Babe, let's just get out of here and head home" he said
"I really don't feel like doing any more shopping today"
You were a bit scared. The last thing you wanted to do was to make him complain about something else, who knows what could happen if he did.
There was more to it than that, though. You didn't fully realize it yet, but there was a compulsion to do what he said without arguing.
"Sure, you're right. Let's head back" you said agreeing with him.
You hopped in the passenger seat of his car, now unsure of where yours would be or even if you had one.
As he started up the car, you noticed him checking you out.
"You know, I'm pretty beat from shopping, but I can't wait to see you in that new bikini you picked out." he said
"You know, for taking you around, carrying bags, and waiting with you all day, I think it's about time you did something for me"
"Yeah, of course babe, anything you want" you shot back
Anything he wants? Why did you say that? Why not give a more noncommittal answer? No, it's probably better this way. It's less of a shot about him complaining again. Still, you were worried about what he might suggest
