He chuckled, tapping a few buttons. Another option occurred to him. "Hm... Aren't foxes supposed to be predators? And most of his friends are prey animals... Some physical alteration along with the mental alteration and he'd be a rather fine flesh-eater..." The bad doctor sat back in his chair, considering what to do.
