"Sakura? Are you...purring?" Hinata squeaked. Sakura looked up at them. Naruto was staring at her with the same stupid look on his face as always, while Hinata had turned pink. Sakura looked away.
"No. This is weird.." Sakura found the right muscles, and began to swivel her ears around. "I can hear for miles. I can hear your heartbeats."
"That is weird." Naruto said flatly. "I think maybe we should go find someone to fix this...maybe Sensei will know."
"Fix this?!" Sakura punched Naruto square on the forehead, knocking him over. "Oh, what, you get that demon fox inside of you, but I'm not allowed to have this?"
Naruto was unresponsive for a second, dazed and confused. He shook his head and hopped back up. "Are you gonna go around with a cat ears and...tail?"
"A tail?" Sakura craned her neck and found, sure enough, a matching furry tail was peeking out from under her dress, curling back up halfway up her back. "No wonder I feel so balanced. Wow. Better hearing, balance...everything a ninja could ask for!" she realized she was grinning. Her 'inner Sakura' was elated. There was no way Ino could beat her now!
"A better ninja..." Hinata mumbled, eying the river of milk. Sakura looked back at the river. She had just been drinking for a few minutes, and all this had happened...
