"Alright, Fine." Bobby said "As long as I don't have to go out, I'll be ok."
Marla hesistated, which Bobby knew there would be an issue.
"What's the problem?" Bobby asked.
"Well, the thing is...I kind of forgot about the curse, so I was planning to take you out for breakfast today. I really have no food at all right now. I didn't go out because I thought we would go out."
"Well, can't you just leave me home alone?"
"Bobby, I can't. You are just a kid."
"But you know I am old enough..."
Marla interupted, "But to everyone else you are not. To everyone else, you are a kid. If they caught you home alone, I'd be in a lot of trouble. Not to mention if the mental changes begin while you are alone..."
"There are mental changes?" Bobby asked in horror
"Possibly. IT doesn't happen every time, but it could. Now Bobby, I'm going to give you a choice. You can either go to the store with me now, and help me buy the food we need, along with a few other errands, or you and I can go to the pancake house down the road and eat. If you decide the pancake house, I will still have to go out later, in which case I'll have to get you a babysitter. Why don't you go downstairs and change, and when you come back up, tell me your decision."
