While watching the group of pikachus, you think about just how absurd it is to travel in a big group. It's almost like a beacon, inviting predators to come and prey on whichever one of you it could get it's claws on. You sigh and turn away, sniffing the air to make sure you don't smell any dangerous pokemon nearby. Catching nothing immediately, you continue on away from the group.
Though you don't feel there is anything you'll really miss, you can't shake a feeling of sadness-- sadness and fear. Wary of your new situation you decide to take an extra precaution, despite smelling nothing moments ago, and climb up the nearest tree. You scan the surrounding area quickly, and then commense hopping from branch to branch, trying to stay as silent as possible (which, granted, wasn't your best skill).
You hear a rustling from above and realize you didn't check the surrounding canopy, just the forest floor! You could have easily been followed by.. well.. anything looking for an energizing snack. And then...
