The rooms seems chill in more than just the bare metallic sheen of the walls ceiling and floor, the colors all being an off blue tint that sends shivers up my spine. This is all so... weird.
"Why am I here?" I say, attempting to get a handle on the complete lack of recollection on my place here.
Wait. There was something more important that just happened? I missed it?
"Well, you see..." The man said, before the revelation hit me.
"My name is Megan? You know my name?"
The man looked a little disappointed and raised an eyebrow disconcertingly. Perhaps at being interrupted. I gulp at his intense gaze directed at me.
"Sorry... it's just... I have no clue..." I glanced nervously around automatically, despite the emptiness of the room not changing, blushing intensely. "I... didn't mean to interrupt. Please continue." I add meekly, finding it hard to continue to cover myself effectively. Though oddly the man's eyes never seemed to rove downwards, except back to that clipboard he carried.
"As I was saying, you are here, Megan, to solve a dilemma for us."
"Me? But... I can't remember anything about myself! How can I help you?"
