"Yeah, I accidentally broke a piece off of this. Can you fix it?" Sonic asked sheepishly. Tails blinked and sighed. He shook his head and happily grabbed the item from his friend before setting it down on the table.
"Sure. I can fix it. Why do you have this in the first place though?" Tails asked as he got to work. He leered over at his friend with a knowing smile. Sonic whistled embarrassingly and teetered back and forth on his heels a bit.
"I mean... I was planning on taking it to go tease Knuckles into having a bit of a fight with me but then I broke it. I wasn't really trying to but it just kind of ended up broken. So, you know..." Sonic chuckled as he began to sweat a bit. Tails rolled his eyes.
It wasn't really much for the little fox and after a few minutes, it was fixed.
"There we go." Tails smiled and held up the Shovel Claw. Sonic's jaw dropped as he looked it over.
"Awesome! Thanks buddy. It looks good as new. No, better than new!" Sonic grinned.
"It's what I do." Tails laughed and rubbed his nose a bit. "Tell me something though, did you want to fight with Knuckles because you had a score to settle or something or were you just bored?"
"... Bored. Kinda. I mean, I DO have a score to settle with Knux too though... but, now that you mention it, I think I've got an idea!" Sonic grinned.
Tails blinked as he looked at the blue hedgehog. "Hmm?"
Sonic spoke his newfound idea to Tails just then...
