Let him speak

"Lady Nightstalker*" said the Kull "We only attacked the Varden under the influence of the Shade Durza*, we wish to join you on the Burning Plains against Galbatorix*" "How do we know we can trust you?" you asked. "I offer myself to have my mind examined by the Varden to make sure there is no treachery" replied the Kull. There was a gust of wind as a dragon landed next to them. "I saw the Urgals approach" said it's rider "Is everyone O.K" The dragon bared it's teeth at the Kull. "Stand down, Saphira*, he doesn't seem to mean me any harm" said Lady Nasuada. the rider dismounted. "Eragon*" said Lady Nasuada "I need you to examine this Kull's mind, make sure he is sincere in what he says. Eragon goes to the Kull and concentrated. Does Eragon find treachery?

*Saphira:The last free dragon. Hatched for Eragon
*Eragon: The last free dragon rider. He has been given the nickname Shadeslayer for killing the Shade, Durza.
*Durza: A shade that was under Galbatorix's power. Manipulated the Urgals into working for him and was later killed by Eragon, Saphira and Arya.
