Ten years?

Chris watched, in awe, as her twin brother slowly turned into a 10-year-old girl. "Well...Jane, it looks like you're going to be my little sister for a while."

"What happened!?! I wasn't supposed to change!"

"I had a device implanted into my stomach that would send any liquid, that was forced down my throat, directly to your stomach."

"Very clever," his voice getting higher, Jan says, "Luckily this potion only lasts for a few hours."

Just then, If becoming a girl wasn't embarrassing enough, Jan watched as his clothes started changing as well.
