It took some searching, but eventually Shadow found Tikal in the Mystic Ruins. She screamed in fear
"Relax. I'm coming to you on peaceful terms. Actually I need your help." Shadow said to her.
In shock she replied "Ok Shadow, but with what?"
"What do know about the Ring of Lord Ipnosi?" Shadow questioned
"Shadow that's an incredibly powerful echinda artifact. Why do you need to know?"
"Because Rouge has it and has already subjected someone to her will along with who knows how many others." Shadow said calmly, which really didn't fit the situation.
"Ok, Let's go to my place. I have books on echinda artifacts that can help." Tikal beckoned Shadow to follow.
After wandering through swampland for what felt like hours they finally reached a small wooden home.
"This way." Tikal said and Shadow followed her to a room of ratty old tomes. "Well these books will take some time to read through. You can help me or get Knuckles. Either will do."
