Cream wanted to know why. Why wasn't she allowed to go up in the attic? She was a young rabbit girl who was almost always obedient to her mother, but her curiosity had gotten the better of her. She asked her mother some times about why she wasn't aloud there, however, the only responses were "it is for guests only", "there is nothing, but junk up there", "It is very dirty up there. You could get sick." and recently, "it is for your own good".
What is hiding in the attic that her mom was preventing her to know? Cream just had to find out. One day when her mom was off to work, she and Cheese decided to sneak up there. She went to the door at the end of the upstairs hallway, but found that it was locked. She then looked up at the door frame, and spotted a key. She had Cheese to fetch the key. She then unlocked it, and open the door to encounter a flight of stairs leading upward. She walked up the stair til she reached the top. She saw many and many boxes stacked on top of each other. Most of them were closed, but some boxes were open revealing their contents inside like snow globes, old clothes, and what not. As she reached near the back, she discovered a wall of boxes to her left that covered half of the room. She looked behind the boxes to see a neatly prepared twin-sized bed, perpendicular to the wall.
"So this must be the guest's bed." she said aloud. She examined it a bit further. The blanket or quilt had many patches of different patterns and pictures sown in, and a plain white pillow. She sat on the bed and found it extremely comfy. For some reason, she started to get very sleepy, and rubbed her eyes. "Cheese, I'm going to take a quick nap, okay?" The chao only chirped in understanding. Then the young rabbit fell asleep.
