Put into Chets running shoe for a late night run

"Guess what little runt? its time for my running shoes!" chet says, walkin over to his old running shoes, and picking one up.
"I've read a story you wrote about these shoes... so you're gonna go in them!" he says, dangling you over the opening.
"oh and to warm you, they reek runt. not that you'd mind though." and with that, chet drops you into his running sneaker, what now?
