The toilet seat was down, not strange in itself but as you bent down to lift it, you realize that you'd actually sat on it instead which was just as well really because at that moment the rippling came back, stronger, harder. If you weren't sitting you probably would have fallen over as your legs shook violently from the inside, like something was rearranging itself, and it stung. Fortunately, it only seemed to last as long as the last one so finishing off your business you made to stand up but as you did, something gave way and you endend up on the floor. Embarassed after your brief faceplant, you quickly picked yourself up and examined your legs. They seemed fine, as hairy as ever (your swimming coach wasn't too pleased at this and was constantly trying to get you to shave them, to shave some time off your sprints), but looking closer, your knees felt different. They looked out of proportion, too thin for your legs and slightly red, probably from the fall. Although, like most people, you don't spend much time looking at your legs, something was definately different.
Catching a glimpse of the bathroom clock, its 7:20, you had to be in the pool by 8, "$H!*!!!, I'm going to miss the bus!", so hareing off down the stairs and out down the track to the bus stop you go.
