The next thing victoria knows, she is grabbed by the arm and slung over her mother's knee like a toddler.
Using magic her mother forced Victoria's body to freeze in place over her knee. She then cast a spell on her own hand to make it feel firee hot on Victoria's wet, bare, bottom.

The spanking then began! With her cheeks still wet from her accident, and her mothers hand being enchanted, the pain was far worse.
