Our story begins as we find Amy Rose at her apartment in Station Square, waking up from bed to start a new day. Changing from her pajamas to her a usually red skirt and red boots. As she walked out her bedroom and entered the main room of her apartment; she heard her door bell ringing noisily. She walked towards the door with a cheerful smile and opened it, there was nobody there. She looked from both directions in the hallway to see if the person who was ringing her door bell has quickly ran off or was hiding.
"Aww... I was hoping it was Sonic..." said Amy sadly, but before she was going to close the door she noticed that there was a bottle of perfume on the doormat; it even had a piece of paper attached to it.
"Oooh! A gift for me? It has to be from Sonic!" thought Amy as she picked up the perfume and closed the door.
Amy quickly walked back into the bedroom and sat down on her bed to read the note from the perfume.
My Lovely Rose,
Every time I see you,
You resemble the beauty of a Diamond,
Every time I hear you,
You always put a smile on my face,
When I smelt this lovely scent,
It reminded me... of you.

Amy let out a long sigh of pleasure that her crush had finally realised how Sonic secretly loved her.
"My darling Sonic..." said Amy while blushing madly. Amy picked up the perfume and read the label. 'Sloberry La Pe'.
Soon, she started to spray herself with the perfume to enjoy the smell, oddly it was something unexpected. The scent smelt of disgusting things, unclean socks, rotten food and the smell of a thousand farts. However seeing that this gift came from 'Sonic', Amy was blinded by love to seem to notice the smell.
