age: 14

race: twilight child and temporary meister

facial features: has average nose and large mismatched anime style eyes (red on right blue on left). has lengthy ears (about 8 inches) with normal width that can move around with emotions. has sharp, K9 like teeth. has young appearance but can have very scornful/threatening and insane eyes when needed, but they're usually a mixture of calm and bored.

physical features: rather short, white and seems incapable of tanning(many have tried) thin and agile due to the retractable electric roller blades he wears at all times. well proportioned other than the obscenely tall and numerous lightning rod like hair on his head and usually is wearing a cynic's T-shirt, a hoody, and dark jeans.

weapon(s): Tom and Elizabeth

tom: age 14

has short brown hair, brown eyes, and decent build, significantly taller that Vincent and has a simpler way of thinking which is reflected in his weapon form.

weapon form: combat knife with whittled base to fit with handguns.

Elizabeth: age 14

slightly shorter than Tom but still taller than Vincent. has long curly blonde hair and blue eyes, and has a rivalry with Vincent grade wise. always likes to plan things out and is more complicated than her partners.

weapon form: large hand gun with optional silencing at price of power.
