This choice: ...the tail had a heart-shaped tip (more changes ahead) • Go Back...Chapter #4Ch-ch-ch-changes by: KC   May saw that the end of the tail was rounded with an indent in the middle, looking like the top of a heart symbol. Truth be told, she didn't really give that detail much thought as she was still concerned with the fact that a Pikachu tail just grew out of her. "This just can't be happening!" she yelled, "I just can't be turning into- AAAAH!" She yelped as she suddenly felt her skull crack. Her ears grew and became more pointed as they slowly moved to the top of her head, which temporarily made her deaf with tinnitus. Her ears also became more rounded in shape as they moved up to the top, and yellow fur grew all over the outer ears, save for the pointed tops which grew out black fur. She shrieked as they forcibly finished off the last bit of the change up on the top of her head and ripped through her bandanna. The pain and deafening tinnitus subsided afterwards, and not only did she regain all her hearing, but everything sounded amplified to her and she could hear more frequencies.
"My goodness, that really hurt, ah-ah-ow!" she yelled as her shouting caused some more pain her ears, which forced her to be a bit quieter for a moment. She then very lightly squeezed the new Pikachu ears that replaced her human ears. "Great, now the ears?" she exclaimed with such panic, "This is really happening. I'm actually becoming a- Argh!"
She felt her face being pushed from within her head as her face reshaped itself to become more muzzle-like. Her nose became smaller and darker, with a bit of dampness to it as it became a Pikachu nose. Her lips and mouth (mainly her canine teeth slightly sharpening) also changed somewhat to match that of a Pikachu's. Her eyes darkened as her irises and pupils grew and they became more reflective, making them much like a Pikachu's eyes. Her cheeks grew large round patches of red fur, and electric sacs developed underneath them. The rest of her skin grew out yellow fur all over her body, save for two new brown stripes above her tail on her back. Her hair also became just as yellow as the new fur on her. Even her hands and feet changed; the digits on them became rather dull claws, though she also lost a few toes as her feet lengthened to the point where her shoes became tight to her. The pain as the changes finished caused her release a shock of electricity, which hit the ground in front of Ash, causing to jump back.
She shrieked as the changes stopped, and shouted, "Sweet Arceus, I'm not even human anymore!" Technically, she was still partly human, still able to talk to Ash and her overall height and body shape was still much like that of a human being. Ash and his Pikachu stared in disbelief, as May was practically half-human, half-Pikachu.
"My life will never be the same now," she said as she was so high strung. She turned to Ash and pleaded to him, "Don't you have any idea how I'm going o deal with this." Despite her emotions, Ash was just not sure how to deal with this. He said, "Uh... I don't know. I've never seen anything like this. Well, except for that one time I-"
"What one time?" she asked. He responded, "Er... Never mind. It's a long story.  Anyway, I'll think of something to help deal with your changes." He then pumped his fist defiantly, "No matter what else happens, Pikachu and I will always have your back. Right, little buddy?" "Pika!" Pikachu said copying his trainer and best friend, though to May it sounded like he said, "Sure thing!" These two simple words from the small Mouse Pokémon astonished her as she could now understand exactly what other Pokémon are saying.
"Wow, Pikachu," she spoke towards him, "I never knew you sounded like that to other Pokémon. I kind of like the way you sound!" Pikachu became a bit flustered by May's words and "blushed". He then nervously smiled and spoke as he rubbed the back of his head, "Pi, ka... Pikachu. Chu pika." May heard this as, "Oh, uh... Thank you. You're too kind." She smiled back and lightly giggled even though she was still somewhat upset by what just happened to her. She faced Ash and said, "And thanks for the support, Ash. You two are great friends to have." However, she then felt...   indicates the next chapter needs to be written. |
