"Harry had magical artifacts in his collection!?" asked mom, turning pale.
Hannah, fearing she was in big trouble began to cry again. "I didn't know!" she wailed. "It was just a cool book I found!"
"Is this bad?" you asked.
"That depends upon what he has in his collection, dear." said mom. "If its low level items, then he'll just become a girl until the magic depletes. However, if they are high level items, like the magic book..." she sighed. "Anything could happen."
"Maybe I get get Harry to go to the mall with me." you said, concerned for him. "I can keep him busy while you look at his collection and take out what might hurt him."
"Do it." said mom. "I'll call some friends to help me." she paused, turning to you. "John, one thing."
"What is it?" you asked.
"Since you two are so close, what happens to Harry, might happen to you as well." said mom. "Be sure to find a place to hide if sense any changes starting."
You shivered at that thought but managed to nod before running out of the house to visit Harry. Just as you were running across the yard, Hayley returned and saw the pale and concerned look on your face. She sadly shook her head, sighing. "He must have been told." she thought. "For the looks of things, he did not take it well."
Hayley walked in the door to see mom talking frantically on the phone with a fearful Hannah, sobbing as she sat in a chair, facing the corner. "This is not good." she whispered.
Mom saw Hayley and waved her closer. "Harry is collecting magical items, John went to get him out of the house." mom explained, quickly. "Make sure Hannah stays in that chair until I get back."
"What did she do?" asked Hayley.
Mom did not answer, she was out the door as you and Harry left on your motor bikes for the mall. Once she was gone, Hayley turned to Hannah, annoyed. "What did you do!?"
