Your bra snappen

You heard a snapping noise, it was your bra. You look and see both strapps have broke. You wonder what could of cause this when suddenly a sensation when through your body, you fall to the ground and your body changes. Your shirt was becoming tight on you and everything else. After it ended you got up, and you seemed quite taller, you look in the mirror, and you seem much older then what you were before.
