The captain puffed out his cheeks. "Nothing bad happened..."
"And we're lucky for it!" Nami sighed. "I'm taking this somewhere safe. Somewhere you won't mess around with it."
With practiced ease, she swung the jewelry over to Sanji. "Guard this with your life. For me?"
"Ahhhhhh- of course Nami-swan~ Anything for you~"
There was a brief frown on the navigator's face. Something about that felt... different than usual. More annoying.
But she shook her head, dismissing the strange feelings. There was no use worrying.
And one by one, with some light shaming of the captain, the crew went their separate ways. Each felt... a little different from before. They weren't sure what it was but something important had changed.
