Cynthia was relaxing on the beach in Undella Town, enjoying the sun and the warmth of the summer. As champion of Sinnoh, she had heard plenty of rumors about this strange new flu that was making the rounds throughout the regions - apparently, victims were subject to strange behavioral changes, almost like various types of Pokemon. However, last she had heard, the virus hadn't reached Undella Town, meaning that she was free to relax.
Until, that is, a strange sort of squirming feeling began to start up inside of her.
"What on Earth...?" Cynthia murmured, looking down at herself; immediately after that, however, she let out a scream and fell off of her beach chair onto the sand, writhing around in pain as fiery agony blossomed through her entire body like if some mad designer was rearranging her innards, warping and twisting her body into a strange new form. Nobody really came to the section of the beach that she was currently at, so nobody was around to witness the sight of Cynthia, champion of Sinnoh, transforming into a hybrid of human and....
