“Ughnnnnnnnnn...” Sakura grunted. She pushed again. No luck. She felt the log right at her anus, but could not get it out. She took a deep breath.

“Hmmmnnnnnnnnf...” Sakura strained. She hugged her knees. Softly moaning, she tried to relax her muscles.

She felt the poop build up and push against her butthole. Hard poop began to fill her rectum. Sakura grunted softly. A small pebble of rock hard poop fell out.

“Sakura? Why are you here?” It was Naruto. “Are you feeling okay?”

Sakura turned red. “I’m trying to poop here, please leave!”

Naruto smirked. “You’re obviously not doing a good job.” He pulled out a bottle of laxatives. “Here, this should help.”
