This choice: Scare the larger dog away • Go Back...Chapter #8Scare the larger dog away by: Yote The large dog barks aggressively, and Grodin shies away. Again, you question why anybody would have themselves changed into such a vulnerable body as a Scottish Terrier. You hang back hesitantly as the doggy drama unfolds, aware that interfering would immediately give away the fact that you've been stalking Grodin across half the city.
"E-excuse me," Grodin mutters, and tries to edge around the dog. A moment later, its teeth are around his throat. It shakes him around like he's a stuffed doll.

"Uh. Y-yeah. Good job I was walking past when I saw you!" Grodin eyes you with suspicion, so you quickly add, "I should walk you home."
The terrier seems about to refuse, but then sighs and says, "Very well. If you must."
An awkward silence hangs between the two of you as you continue the journey, the little canine walking a little ahead of you as he leads you to his destination. Joggers pass you by and you smileat the knowledge that, to them, it must appear like you're taking your dog for a walk, rather than the other way around.
