He says, “I was reading a book.”
Lizzie says, “What book? Let's go see it. Melina, carry Matt, and let's go to his room.”
Melina says, “Why can't he walk?”
Lizzie says, “At that height, he won't be able to keep up. Besides if you carry him, we won't step on him. We fight, but I don't want to step on him. I love him. I could carry him, but I thought you would like to do it”
Melina does and they go into Matt's room. He points out the book. It's called, “Spells for the Novice”.
Lizzie asks, “Where did you get this book?”
He answers, “From this old shop. The lady that works there looked to be 100, a little like a witch. I got it because it would help me in spelling so I wouldn't have to rely on spellcheck.”
Melina says, “Oh, Matt. That is not that kind of spell.”
He says, “I know. When I got home I looked at the book I found a spell “Reduce While You Sleep”. I've been gaining a few pounds so I used the spell.”
Lizzie looks thru the book and says, “I'm not sure. I don't want to make things worse. Melina, put him in your purse and he can show us which shop.”
Melina asks, “Why me?”
Lizzie answers, “I thought you two liked each other. I'll just put him in mine.”
Melina says, “No, I'll do it.”
Lizzie says, “You two can admit you have feelings for each other. You are young so it might not last, but it might. You don't have to have sexual relations after we restore him. Just be honest with each other. At first, you object to carrying him, and then when I say I'll do it, you say you'll do it.”
Melina says, “Okay, I do like him and want to be more than just friends, and I felt that way before he shrank. We'll talk about it more when we restore you.”
Matt says, “I'll admit it, too. I like Melina in the same way.”
They go to the store
