They discover a way to make someone weaker

"Finally!" Sasuke announced to his library companion as he came to a conclusion in his studies. "I have figured out how to get rid of the chakra all the girls have, we simply have to use a simple jutsu!" For the first time in his life, Naruto sensed excitement in Sasuke. After teaching the technique to Naruto, the two boys decided to go home and sleep, and meet up the next day.

The real question is - Will they actually wait that long to try out the jutsu?
