All, But With A Twist?

We could go along with the regular idea of chakra reserves manifesting as fat in everyone, and just leave it at that, but there is another possibility.

Suppose that to deal with this, a special jutsu was developed so that as people started to build up excess reserves of chakra, they could release it for another person to take it. The result is that those who released it would have greater speed and mobility while those who accepted would have massive reserves of chakra to fuel their ninjutsu and genjutsu. (Naturally this would break people up along gender lines for their given roles)
