Why

In the summer of 2011 North Korea has started to invade South Korea again. As fighting escalates America sends most of its remaining troops over seas to fight. North Korea takes that opportunity to invade out of Mexico and land on the west coast. America is taken by surprise. What little troops America has left state side put a fight joined by civilians with and without firearms and combat knowledge. The fighting quickly spreads over the country.
