By the rubbing. Now the pain started to get less and the hunger became bigger. However she was worried that if she ate more her belly would start hurting again. Then it came to her, Her mom rubbing her tummy made here belly stop hurting so if she rubbes her belly while she eats then it should not start huring at all.

"Mom, can I have some more food" sked Sara

"Of course" said her mom patting her gorged daughters very big belly

"And can you also rub my tummy while I eat"

"I dont see why not" said Her mother going into the fridge but found...
